Tom is a current appointee of the Ramsey County Guardianship and Conservatorship Attorney Panel and long-time former appointee of the Hennepin County Guardianship and Conservatorship Attorney Panel and can guide clients through any aspect of probate administration; informal, formal and contested.

• Child Support: Will review all proposed child support orders to ensure compliance with Minnesota law and can assist with motions for modification of support.

• Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements: Will help clients prepare and put in place agreements governing the disposition of property in the event of divorce or separation or can review and advise clients concerning proposed agreements drafted by other attorneys.

• Third-Party Custody: Will represent individuals in third-party custody or parenting time matters.
• Step-parent adoption: Has experience in handling step-parent adoption cases.
